Appointment of a service provider to undertake Structural Integrity Assessment on an existing building earmarked for Social Housing

The Social Housing Regulatory Authority is seeking qualified service providers to conduct a comprehensive Structural Integrity Assessment on a pre-selected building targeted for a Social Housing initiative. This is a crucial step to initiate the transformation of the edifice into a viable housing option for communities.

The successful bidder will be responsible for evaluating the building’s current structural condition, ensuring it meets safety and building regulations prior to conversion.

Tender submissions should reference number SHRA/RFP/SDT/09/202324 and be submitted before the deadline on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 16:00.

Note that there is no compulsory briefing or specific venue for submissions as this is a documentation-based assessment.
