APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF A MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (MMS) FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS

Tender Description and Submission Details

We are pleased to announce the commencement of the tender process for a Membership Management System (MMS), as requested by the South African Nursing Council (SANC). Interested service providers are hereby invited to submit their bids adhering to the following:

• Develop and deploy a fully-functional MMS within a three-year time frame.
• Offer continuous support and maintenance for an additional five years.
• Attend a compulsory briefing meeting on January 12, 2024, at the SANC headquarters.
• Submit your bid in two separate envelopes: Technical/Administrative (Envelope 01) and Pricing (Envelope 02), including proposals on a USB flash drive.
• Bid documents must reach the tender box at the SANC offices by January 31, 2024, at 12h00.

Evaluation of the bids will follow the 80/20 preference point system, encompassing administrative compliance, functionality, price, and achievement of specific goals.
