Role Description:

The Individual Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading the operational strategy for member states in the pre-evaluation phase of credit ratings. This encompasses analytical support, preparation and management of the evaluation, as well as assisting in implementing recommendations post-rating. The consultant will essentially steer efforts in evaluating the influence of international credit rating agencies in Africa.

Prerequisites for Applying:
Applicants are expected to provide a composite technical and financial proposal. This should include a recent CV with references and credentials backing their expertise. The submission must also entail a nuanced understanding of the assignment, methodical approach, and comprehensive work plan.
