Tender Description
The Ekurhuleni Housing Company is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning and gardening services at its various complexes, including Chris Hani Village Phase 1 & 2, Pharoeh Park, Airport Park 1 & 2, and Delville Ext 3 and 9. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the complexes, including:
- Cleaning of public areas, including streets, walkways, and buildings
- Gardening services, including lawn mowing, pruning, and planting
- Waste management and disposal
The tender document will be available for purchase at a cost of R250 after the compulsory briefing session. Bidders may email proof of payment or collect a hard copy at the Ekurhuleni Housing Company head office.
Compulsory Briefing Session
