The AFMS Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking bids from qualified service providers to render armed response and alarm monitoring services to the South Africa National Roads Agency (SOC) Limited (SANRAL) Western Region, situated at 1 Havenga Street, Oakdale, Bellville, for a period of 36 months.
These services are essential for ensuring the safety and security of SANRAL’s assets and personnel. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing armed response services, including the provision of trained security personnel, response vehicles, and communication systems. Additionally, the bidder will be expected to monitor alarms and respond promptly to emergency situations.
The tender process is a formal process, and all submissions must be made electronically to procurement2@fm-solutions.co.za. Online compulsory briefing sessions will be held, and site visits will be arranged with technical representatives. Only one representative per company will be permitted to attend.
The bids will be evaluated on the 80/20 preferential points system, as per the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted, and only e-mail quotations will be accepted.
