PROVISION AND ADMINISTRATION OF A PRE-PAID ELECTRICITY AND WATER VENDING SYSTEM FOR THE PERIOD 01 JULY 2024 TO 30 JUNE 2029

Invitation for the Provision and Management of a Pre-paid System for the distribution and administrative control of electricity and water services. The contract spans from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2029.

A mandatory briefing is scheduled for December 12, 2023, at the Council Chambers, Civic Centre, Berg River Boulevard, Paarl. Interested bidders should note that attendance is compulsory and lateness will result in disqualification. A single representative can only represent one bidder. Tender submissions must adhere strictly to the provided documentation and stay valid for at least 180 days post the bid’s closing date.
