Special Conditions:

  • Evaluation Criteria: The tender will be awarded based on the highest scoring acceptance tender. Points will be allocated using the 80/20 price and preference points scoring system, according to the Preferential Procurement Regulation (PPR) 2022.
  • Specific Goals:
    • Compliance with specific goals for preferential procurement as stated in the tender document.
    • Tenderers must be located in the area where the service is required (Local, District, Municipality, Metro, or Province).
    • Preference will be given to EME or QSE entities that are at least 51% owned by Black people, Black women, people with disabilities, or Black youth.
