• Pre-Bid Meeting: A site meeting is scheduled to take place promptly at 09:00 on December 12, 2023, at the Main Gate Entrance. If you wish to attend, please send your RSVP to Tenderenquiries@tharisa.com by no later than December 11, 2023, at 12:00, with full attendee details for security clearance.
• Submission Deadline: Absolute final submissions by December 20, 2023, at 15:00. Any late entries will unfortunately not be considered.
• Tender Submission Portal: Please submit your tender through the specific URL provided to you. You can start your submission process directly at Submit Tender.
• Quote Validity: Prices quoted should remain unchanged for at least 90 days following the tender close date.

• Mandatory documentation must accompany your submission, and failure to include any items outlined in the checklist included in the tender documents could lead to disqualification.
