The Department of Forestry, Fisheries, and the Environment is seeking to procure building-grade C or higher alternative office accommodation in Limpopo. The preferred option is an existing building, although new construction will also be considered. The required office space is 550 square meters and must include:

  • 21 parking bays (11 covered, 10 lockable and secured)
  • A 5000-liter water tank
  • A generator

The lease term is for 5 years.

Special Conditions:

  • The bid will be evaluated using the 80/20 scoring system.
  • Functionality will be scored out of 100 points, with a minimum of 50% required to proceed to further evaluation.
