The selected service provider will be responsible for delivering cleaning, hygiene, and gardening services at multiple Transnet facilities in the Bellville area. This includes ensuring that all office spaces, communal areas, and outdoor spaces are maintained to a high standard.

Office Cleaning Services:

  • Daily Cleaning: Regular cleaning of offices, corridors, reception areas, and communal spaces such as kitchens and restrooms.
  • Deep Cleaning: Periodic deep cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and floor polishing.
  • Waste Management: Collection and proper disposal of office waste, recycling where applicable.

Hygiene Services:

  • Sanitization: Provision and regular servicing of sanitization stations and dispensers across the buildings.
  • Restroom Maintenance: Ensuring restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies (toilet paper, soap, hand towels) and maintained to high hygiene standards.
  • Pest Control: Implementation of pest control measures to prevent infestations and ensure a healthy work environment.

Gardening Services:

  • Landscaping: Maintenance of lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces, including mowing, trimming, and weeding.
  • Plant Care: Regular watering, fertilizing, and care for indoor and outdoor plants.
  • Clean-up: Removal of garden waste and debris to keep outdoor areas tidy and presentable.
